  • Field Research
  • Stakeholders Engagement
  • Innovation Workshop
  • Spatial Planning and Design

WHAT WE DELIVERED
  • Conduct user research to uncover operational challenges, patient-care needs and opportunities for improvement through engagement with key stakeholders, including patients, caregivers, nurses and facility management teams. Translate research insights into actionable innovation opportunities.
  • Design and facilitate innovation workshops with healthcare teams to co-create patient-centred solutions that address stakeholders’ needs, challenges and aspirations.
  • Translate and visualise innovative ideas into tangible design concepts, and facilitate evaluation sessions with healthcare teams to assess their feasibility, effectiveness and potential impact.
  • Develop future-ready inpatient ward design that optimise patient rooms, bed spaces, nursing stations and clinical support areas, while enhancing patient privacy, comfort and accessibility, improving staff workflows, and creating a healing, supportive environment for patients, caregivers and healthcare staff.
