- Conducted interviews with community partners and the target group to discover the needs and technology challenges they face, to introduce or create relevant technology solutions.
- Analysed trend research for insights into current industry and technology landscape
- Guided the stakeholders to envision the future experience, co-create ideas and prototypes anchored on empowering persons living with dementia from seniors-only households to achieve meaningful engagements within the community.
